Joel stopped by today to replace a bathroom faucet. During his initial inspection, he observed that the water shut off valve was no longer shutting the water off. Joel made his recommendation to replace it and I agreed to it. Joel had the necessary supplies at hand to complete the job was in a timely manner as promised. I was very satisfied with the work done.
